The management of the Company comprises of 9 directors of which 6 are member directors and 2 are Nominee Directors who are nominated by Ludhiana Stock and Capital Ltd ("Holding Company")and 1 is Addtional Director appointed pursuant to provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Articles of Association of the Company.
